See Every Plugin/Theme on Every One of Your Client Sites

When you manage multiple client sites, managing all the plugins and themes can be chaotic.

A plugin left active after testing or a theme that stayed behind after a redesign – these small oversights build up quietly. Before you know it, you’re losing time to simple checks that shouldn’t take any.

WP Remote gives you a single, complete list of every plugin/theme on a client site. It’s neatly organized and instantly actionable with features like activate, deactivate, lock, delete, run updates, or see the risk of an update with Update Lens.

It’s your client site’s toolbox. Everything is visible in one glance. Everything can be managed in a few clicks.

One Dashboard, Full Visibility

From your WP Remote sites dashboard, you can see the options to make changes to and access Manage Plugins or Manage Themes right away.

Or, if you’re in a specific client site already then you can access that site’s Plugins and Themes through the sidebar menu, navigating to Manage → Plugins or Manage → Themes.

You’ll see everything that’s installed – each name, version, and status clearly laid out.

WP Remote filters help you focus on what matters: active versus inactive, outdated versus safe, locked versus unlocked. You can even sort by update risk to see which plugins might need extra attention before rolling out changes.

Take Action Without Leaving the Page

From this screen, every action is within reach. You can activate or deactivate a plugin, lock it to prevent unwanted changes, or delete it when it’s no longer needed.

Themes work the same way – activate the one you want, lock the rest to keep designs consistent.

If you need to work on several at once, WP Remote switches seamlessly into bulk mode so you can act on multiple items together as soon as you select 2 or more plugins/themes. You can see the bulk action bar is active in bottom as multiple themes are selected.

It’s quick, precise, and eliminates the repetitive back-and-forth between dashboards.

Every Detail, Clearly Marked

Each plugin and theme carries small but meaningful cues. Let’s use the Jetpack plugin as shown in the screenshot to understand what every icon means.

The plain lightning bolt shows that the plugin is active and the same lightning bolt with a slash indicates a plugin/theme is inactive, as move to the right – next is the current version of plugin installed (15.1.1) and next to it is the updates available is shown with New tag with the update version number (15.2).

Next is the WP Remote UpdateLens score. It’s a confidence score for each pending plugin update. A score of 75 or higher indicates that the update is considered safe for implementation. Anything lower, and we recommend run the update on a a staging site first to test it out), followed by the update plugin and deactivate icon with more actions such as lock and delete plugin.

Any action you decide to take here is backed by automatic backups, you can delete or activate with complete confidence, knowing recovery is just one click away. The same reassurance runs through WP Remote Safe Updates, where every change is verified before it ever goes live.

Clarity That Builds Confidence

The convenience of this view is what gives you total control.

You can see what’s installed, know what’s running, and act instantly, without ever logging into WordPress itself.
