1. From your WP Remote Sites Dashboard, select the main site of your network.
2. Select ‘Migrate’ under backups. Select the backup version you want to migrate, you can choose from scheduled backup versions or create an on-demand backup and choose that.
3. Enter the destination url.

4. Click continue.
