You have multiple clients, multiple client sites, multiple WordPress users – without our See All Users feature we know how your ‘access-control’ can get messy fast.
Developers change, clients add contributors, and projects overlap. Before long, you’re juggling multiple logins across sites, trying to remember who has access to what.
WP Remote’s See All Users gives you a single, clean view of every WordPress user across all your client sites – who they are, what roles they hold, whether 2FA is applied, and which sites they belong to.
All the Users Across All the Sites
WP Remote centralized Sites Dashboard helps you see and manage WordPress users across all your client sites.
Instead of logging in and out of dashboards, you just select the sites you want to review and click Manage WordPress Users from the bulk action bar at the bottom.
This opens a single, consolidated table showing every user from those sites. You’ll see their username, email, assigned role, and 2FA status, with quick actions to Change Role, Change Password, Set as Default Login, or even Delete the User right there.
You can filter by role or 2FA status on the left, or just search by username to find exactly who you’re looking for.
WP Remote filters in the left panel make it easy to focus. Want to see just Administrators or users with 2FA not applied? One click and your list adjusts instantly.
The Quick Suggestions panel even surfaces helpful shortcuts like ‘Administrators’ and ‘2FA Applied’ so you can find key users without typing a thing.
It’s subtle, but this kind of detail saves you hours across your client accounts – much like WP Remote bulk management, which gives you equally streamlined control when doing routine and quick updates across your client sites.
All the Users from a Specific Site
When you need to focus on a particular site with multiple users, open that site from your Sites Dashboard, then go to Manage > WP Users.
You’ll see every user for that site – listed with their email, role, and 2FA status – and can edit, reset, or remove access as needed.
You can add a new WordPress user right here too.
Click Add WordPress User, assign their role, and set them up across the necessary environments in seconds. The experience mirrors what you’d do in WordPress itself, but with WP Remote, it’s all done faster and without switching multiple tabs, many times over.
You’ll see the same interface logic reflected in features like bulk install plugins – a unified system that replaces repetitive actions with structured visibility.
Bulk Action Control: Change Roles, Reset Passwords, or Delete Users
Once you select one or more users, the bulk action bar appears at the bottom.
From here, you can:
- Manage 2FA: Enforce or update two-factor authentication to meet your security standards.
- Change Role: Instantly promote or demote access across selected sites.
Every action by every user is logged by activity logs and audit logs, so you always know who changed what, when and where.
Who is Doing What
At its core, “See All Users” gives you visibility over the most human part of your WordPress clientele sites infrastructure: who’s involved in each client site.
You can view, filter, and manage every WordPress user in one place, ensuring that roles stay consistent, access stays intentional, and your agency stays secure – without breaking flow or logging into a single site.
It’s one clear layer of authority across everything you manage.
