Having trouble with a site? We’ll be happy to help, but there are somethings you can do ahead of time, to help us help you.

If you’re experiencing issues with site connectivity, try deactivating all other plugins, and refreshing the site again. If you’re still having issues, log how long your site takes to load. You can use something like http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/ to measure the load time. Send us the results, along with admin access, and FTP details with the site.

If you’re having issues creating a manual backup, but are not receiving any errors, please ensure your pop-up blocker is turned off.

If you’re getting an error message, or if your automatic backups are failing, then get in touch! Please include information such as the size of your site, details about host and your hosting plan, as well as admin access to your site, and FTP details.
