Introducing WordPress Login Page White Labeling with WP Remote
Spending hours maintaining client sites?
WP Remote will streamline your WordPress maintenance process and save you at least 4 hours per site every week.

Details matter for any agency, and showing you pay attention builds trust with your customers.
Every time a client logs into WordPress, they see a touchpoint with your brand. Instead of using a forgettable login page, create one that reflects your agency’s style.
WordPress has several options to help you build a custom login page. But they come at a premium and take significant effort to use. WP Remote lets you do much of that at no extra cost and a lot less effort.
Multiple customization levels
You now have two levels of white-label customization: at the Account and Site levels.
Account-level customization
If you manage many sites under one WP Remote account, Account-level customization is your go-to option. You can now customize the WordPress login page to be uniform across all the sites under that account.

1. Open the Account menu on your WP Remote dashboard and click the White Label option.
This takes you to the White Label settings page. Here you can customize the WordPress login page alongside the Plugin Branding.
2. Customize the logo and the label that appears when your clients log in to their WordPress site admin dashboards.
3. If you have configured two-factor authentication (2FA), you can customize the tooltip notification, the error message for incorrect 2FA codes, and the email address for related notifications.
A visual preview next to the options will show all your customizations. This lets you see changes before applying them.
Site-level customization
Site-level lets you customize individual sites. You set a unique login page design for each managed site.

1. On the Site Details page on the WP Remote dashboard, click the More option (three horizontal dots) on the Summary pane.
2. Click on WP Login Whitelabel in the next menu to open the Site level menu.
3. Click Customize on the top right to change the login page. You can choose from three options:
- Same As Account: Use the same login page customizations as the parent account.
- No Whitelabel: Display the default WordPress login page without any customizations.
- Custom: Customize the options (logo, label, tooltip, etc.) just for that site.
Just like before, a visual preview will display all your customizations. This allows you to see the changes before applying them.
Consistent branding across all your managed sites
Consistent branding is vital for any business. With our new feature, it becomes simple and effective. By customizing the login page, you can align each element, like your logo and message, with your brand identity.
Remove distractions
Replacing the default WordPress icon with your own logo prevents clients from being redirected to the WordPress.org site, keeping them within your branded environment.
Differentiate your agency’s offerings
We said it earlier, and we will say it again: standing out in a crowded market is important.
Using white-labeled login pages makes your agency look unique. All this, while your competitors are still using default settings.
Your custom page also shows attention to detail. It’s like wearing a tailored outfit instead of an off-the-rack one. Clients notice and appreciate this care.
This polished interface attracts new clients and keeps existing ones satisfied. It proves your agency offers more than just the basics.
Build user trust and credibility
Seeing familiar brand elements builds trust. WP Remote’s white-labeling helps create this feeling each time clients log in. A customized login page shows that you are professional and secure.
This familiarity also helps boost their confidence in your agency. Your clients feel safe and know they’re dealing with someone credible.
